Specialized Tools
To provide the most thorough inspection possible.
Drone Roof Inspections
When a roof material is too fragile or dangerous to walk on or the roof is not safely accessible, We use a aerial drone with HD camera and video to perform roof inspections. This technology allows us a birds eye view to detect any broken or missing roof materials and or flashings.
Crawlspace CrawlBot
When a crawlspace is dangerous or too cramped, The Crawlbot allows us to visually inspect a hard to see area under the home. This specialized tool can take high definition photos and video to help us inspect areas that are otherwise hard to reach or are inaccessible.
Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging cameras translate thermal energy (heat) to visible light so we can find and analyze some otherwise non-visible deficiencies.
Why Choose Home Inspection Authority?
Hello my name is John Laforme, I am the owner & lead inspector of Home Inspection Authority. My priority is to you my client, and my goal is to provide a thorough, non-bias visual general home inspection of the 5 major systems of the home and the general condition at the time of the inspection. My monthly continuing education as a CREIA certified inspector keeps me on top of changes in the home inspection industry which allows me to pass on that information to you and your family to help you make an informed decision on your real estate transaction. After the visual home inspection is completed I will go over my findings with you and advise you if any safety hazards are present and or if any system defects are observed during the general home inspection that require further evaluation by a qualified licensed specialist before the end of your inspection contingency period.
